    Sale of H2O Portfolio to Rynda

    The GPT Group (GPT) announced today that it has agreed to sell its interest in the H20 portfolio (previously warehoused within the GPT Halverton platform) to Rynda Capital Partners Europe LLP. Rynda Property Investors LLP (Rynda), an independent European real estate investment management business, has been appointed Investment Advisor of the Fund.     Four new investors have committed €21.7m to Rynda en Primeur SA – a fund focused on provincial French real estate investment. The Fund is managed by Rynda Property Investors and has an existing portfolio of over €300m.  Equity totaling €137.2m has now been raised from ten major investors.
