A value added fund targeted at French commercial assets predominately outside the central business district of Paris.
The fund comprises ten investors and currently owns sixty two properties.

H20 LuxCo Sàrl
A value added fund of 32 multi-let offices in France, Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark and Finland. The fund is designed to achieve a high yield with the principal investor being a major European institution.
