We use a single, integrated system for property management and financial accounting, ensuring no loss of information quality between systems.

This investment in IT aims to liberate the property managers from their desks to spend more time with tenants without compromising reporting quality. Our accountants sit with their property management colleagues as members of the same team, giving them essential commercial background to their accounting function.
