About Rynda
Rynda’s different approach reflects many years’ experience in property investment and management.
When I formed Rynda in 2005, I wanted to bring a new dynamism and professionalism to the business of property investment and management. With years of experience gained with big city firms, I was all too aware that there was so much that could be done so much better, especially in terms of service and reporting. So, right from day one, I committed Rynda to be 100% owned by its partners and staff and insisted on employing and developing employees to be ‘best in class’ in their field.
I take a personal interest in everyone’s professional development, education and achievement whilst providing a solid support network, believing that well-motivated staff provide the best service to clients.
Of course, it matters too that Rynda is a profitable and well-capitalised business where the highest standards of corporate and regulatory governance are always applied. That’s the minimum I’d expect of any investment business. But my desire is to go much further, by ensuring that we offer a true alignment of our interests with those of our clients.
