Our Team

Rynda employs more than 30 property professionals in London, Paris, Frankfurt and Rotterdam. Our multinational team includes UK, French, German and Dutch nationals.

Our property and asset management mandates extend to more than 480 tenants in 92 buildings. Our clients include real estate funds, banks, private property companies and listed entities.

We employ dynamic, motivated staff who take emotional ownership of the buildings we manage and experience the highs and lows of the property’s performance as if they were the owner. Staff are eligible for an annual bonus and a profit share linked to the performance of the Group.

We seek to co-invest with our clients aligning our interest with theirs, to achieve the best results. We seek to operate to the highest ethical standards in all our relationships with clients, partners and service providers and invest in training and research.

Michael is well known and highly respected within the industry and brings a wealth of management skills and expertise to Rynda.

Catherine Duff - RyndaCatherine Duff, Senior Fund Manager
Cathy is the Rynda en Primeur Fund Manager on a day-to-day basis, and worked with Michael at Citigroup.
